Try something new this weekend! Here is a healthy Beetroot Salad recipe for you:
-Steam 2-3 beetroots till they become tender
-Peel the skin and cut them into pieces
-Add 1 grated onion, 2 tbsp chopped coriander and mint to the beet root pieces
-Take another bowl and add 1/4 cup walnut oil and 1/4 cup olive oil and mix 2 tsp lemon juice
-Season this mixture and add some roasted walnuts to it
-Sprinkle rosewater just before you serve
